The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Team Leadership: Guide a crew of up to 20 across FOH and BOH, ensuring smooth operations and standout service.
• Inspire Excellence: Motivate your team to exceed customer service and productivity goals.
• Train and Grow: Develop your crew with hands-on coaching and support, creating future stars in hospitality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in QSR or fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Assistant Manager experience is ideal, but experienced Supervisors or Department Managers (2+ years) are welcome to apply.
• A can-do attitude with a passion for leading large teams in high-energy settings.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a love for training others.
• A growth mindset, eager to elevate your career while helping others do the same.
